Another school in Tavush region will have a technically equipped classroom. The “Armat” laboratory operating at the border Koghb Secondary School No. 2 has been reequipped.
“Armat” is one of the beneficiaries of the “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation’s annual grant program. With the foundation’s support, the laboratory was supplemented with new robotics kits, computers were also strengthened, and equipment was repaired, enabling local students to learn programming, three-dimensional modeling and robotics.
“The Union of Advanced Technologies Enterprises” applied to the “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation to provide 3 schools with material and technical aids. We chose these schools because there are very few groups in this region that local children can attend,” noted Anna Gishyan, Director of the “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation.
“The Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation stood by us from the very first application and equipped our Armat laboratory with modern equipment. This gave us the opportunity to participate in many tenders. We are grateful to them, because today we know very well the importance of such equipment as a border zone,” noted Haykush Aleksanyan, Director of Secondary School No. 2 named after Bagrat Sahakyan.
The “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation was established by Acba bank, the French Credit Agricole, the Credit Agricole National Federation and the Stepan Gishyan family. The Foundation's programs are aimed at strengthening Armenian-French ties, improving and perfecting the socio-economic, scientific-educational, cultural and healthcare systems of Armenia.
